•Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.

Pricing Policy

•All our product prices are inclusive of VAT & TAX.
• The price of a product might vary in Kids BD bricks and mortar store & website due to periodic promotional offers.
•Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such a situation, Kids BD has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
• Inside Dhaka City: Delivery fee is 100 taka & Delivery is within 1-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka City: Delivery fee is 100  taka & Delivery is within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for the occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Color Inconsistency
We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on the website. However, customers might still experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.
